Terms & Conditions
- Performance
Standard performance duration is 60–90 minutes, or as mutually agreed. Soundcheck and technical requirements will be coordinated in advance. - Booking & Payment
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and block the event date. The remaining balance must be cleared before the performance unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Travel, Hospitality & Accommodation
The event organiser shall arrange and bear the cost of travel, local transportation, accommodation, and meals for the artist and accompanying team members, as applicable. - Technical Requirements
The organiser shall provide the agreed stage, professional sound system, lighting, power supply, and technical setup as per the technical rider. - Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the organiser, the advance payment is non-refundable, as the performance date is exclusively reserved. - Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond reasonable control, both parties will make reasonable efforts to mutually reschedule the performance.
