Terms & Conditions

Performance
Standard performance duration is 60–90 minutes (as mutually agreed). A minimum 1-hour soundcheck before the scheduled performance is required to ensure the best live experience. The final performance schedule and setlist may be adjusted based on the event flow and audience requirements.
Booking & Payment
50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and block the event date. The remaining balance must be cleared before the performance begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
Travel, Hospitality & Accommodation
The event organizer shall arrange and bear the cost of travel, local transportation, accommodation, and meals for Kanchhan Srivas and the accompanying team members. Accommodation should be clean, safe, and of a suitable standard for the artist and crew.
Technical Requirements
The organizer is responsible for providing the agreed stage, professional sound system, lighting, power supply, and technical crew as per the technical rider. Any major changes to the venue or technical setup should be communicated in advance.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the advance payment is non-refundable as the performance date is exclusively reserved. Any cancellation or postponement should be communicated at the earliest possible opportunity.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, public emergencies, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to mutually reschedule the performance.
General
Any additional requirements or special arrangements should be discussed and agreed upon prior to the event. The artist reserves the right to refuse performance in unsafe or unsuitable working conditions. By confirming the booking, both parties acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
